(d) The quality of the registered images in (c) is quantified by coordinate-based colocalization (CBC) analysis. The uncorrected (magenta) and the drift-corrected (blue) super-resolution images show no colocalization, whereas the image corrected for drift and temporal offset (green) shows high colocalization.
